2. Privacy by design
The website is designed to collect as little data as possible. In its standard configuration it does not use analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social media feeds, a contact form or non-essential cookies. Fonts are served locally or use system fonts. The website does not contact Google Fonts or another external font service when a page loads.
3. Hosting in the United States
This website is intended to be hosted by Namecheap, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA, using the Stellar Shared Hosting plan and the US data center in Phoenix, Arizona.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server data is processed. According to Namecheap, access logs can include the IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer and browser or user-agent information. Namecheap states that access-log collection on Shared Hosting cannot be fully disabled for individual customers.
Where this processing falls within our responsibility, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of the website, including the detection and prevention of misuse and attacks.
Namecheap provides a Data Processing Addendum. Where required for transfers to third countries, it includes the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. Because the selected hosting location is in the United States and Namecheap is a US company, personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
4. Contact
If you contact Vision to Media by email or phone, the information you provide will be processed to handle your request. If your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. In other cases, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply where there is a legitimate interest in responding to your request.
5. Links to Instagram and YouTube
This website does not automatically embed social media feeds, tracking pixels or videos. It only contains normal links to Instagram and YouTube. Data is only transferred to those providers when you actively open one of these links and leave this website.
6. Cookies and local storage
The current website does not set its own cookies and does not use local storage. If this changes in the future, this privacy notice will be updated. Depending on the purpose, a consent solution may then also be required.
7. JavaScript
Locally hosted JavaScript is used for the mobile navigation, sticky header and dynamic year in the footer. The website itself does not create user profiles or send data to third parties for these functions.
8. Your rights
Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
9. Version
Last updated: October 2026. This notice reflects the planned setup with Namecheap Stellar Shared Hosting in the Phoenix US data center, without tracking, contact forms or externally loaded fonts. It should be reviewed again if technical services, hosting location or third-party integrations change.
